3 Things I Learned Meditating Every Day for a Year
In the grand scheme of things nothing matters.
As far as we know, we're the only planet with life in the universe. Why be anxious or depressed then?Really puts things in perspective for me.
Everything matters. Music, nature and simple things like taking a shower are a pure joy now. I can literally go to the park and be ecstatic just like that.
Sense of love for everyone. I've always been a people person and very outgoing. But ever since I started meditating, I've been feeling this radiating love for people.
Family and friends have started pointing this out as well. I'm much happier and joyful now.
And isn't the point of living to be happy after all?
